SOCIAL_5 (1)

The XR Association and the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) are co‑hosting the fifth annual AR/VR Policy Conference on September 9, 2025, in Washington, D.C. This conference convenes lawmakers, industry leaders, and policy experts to discuss how augmented, virtual, and mixed reality are transforming education, healthcare, and the future workforce.

If you plan on attending, consider letting your Member of Congress and their staff know that you will be there and encourage them to join. Hearing directly from constituents about the importance of immersive technologies is a powerful way to highlight why this event matters.

A significant goal of the conference is to ensure policymakers and thought leaders experience immersive technologies firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of their potential impact on communities nationwide. Reaching out to your elected officials takes less than a minute and helps ensure immersive technology is part of important policy conversations.

To participate, you can use the links below to send a pre‑drafted message to your Member of Congress. Constituents may also personalize the message to share how immersive technology matters in your state or district.

Invite Your Member of Congress:
