XRA PROMOTES XR'S POTENTIAL FOR STUDENT-CENTERED LEARNING AT 2022 GAMES FOR CHANGE FESTIVAL

New York, NY — On Thursday, July 14th, Peirce Clark, Program Development Manager at XRA, participated in the session, “XR’s Potential for Student-Centered Learning,” at the 2022 Games for Change festival. Clark spoke alongside Idris Brewster, Founder & CEO of Movers and Shakers, Ellen Flaherty, Senior Manager of Learning Design, Architecture & Strategy at Unity Technologies, and Kevin Merges, Director of the Innovation Academy at the Rutgers Preparatory School, with moderator Michael Preston, Executive Director at the Joan Ganz Cooney Center. The panel focused on XR’s potential for engagement and impact through immersive media experiences that support student-centered learning, and the results of XRA’s recent survey of teenagers on their understanding and use of XR technologies.
