
Orlando, FL — The 4th Annual VRARA Central Florida Immersive Technology Summit will take place Wednesday, April 15, at 9:00 a.m. ET at the Central Florida Tech Grove at the University of Central Florida.
The theme of this year’s summit is “Mission-Ready Immersion: XR, Simulation, and AI Powering the Next Generation of MS&T.” The event will feature two panel discussions with military commanders, technical leaders and representatives from the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation, U.S. Army CPE ST3, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Marine Corps Systems Command and Space Training and Readiness Command. Panelists will discuss how their respective services are using immersive technology, simulation and artificial intelligence to train warfighters.
Elizabeth Hyman, CEO of the XR Association, will also participate in a session on U.S. legislation and policy. More details to come.
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required to attend, and ttendees will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on demonstrations. Those attending the April PALT event are encouraged to stay an additional day for the summit.
