XRA DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND BEST PRACTICES TO PRESENT AT THE SEVENTH ANNUAL XR ACCESS SYMPOSIUM - NEW YORK, NY

XRAccess 2025

New York, NY — The XR Access Symposium is an annual conference bringing together leaders from industry, academia and advocacy to advance accessible immersive technologies. Peirce Clark, XRA’s Director of Research and Best Practices, will lead a breakout session titled, “XR & AI Policy & Standards.” All breakout sessions will take place in person on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

This 2 day conference will be held June 26-27, 2025, at the Verizon Executive Education Center on Cornell Tech campus in New York City, with main stage presentations broadcasted online. Attendees will explore new ways for XR to combine with other emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and brain-computer interfaces to improve the lives of everyone, especially people with disabilities.

The XR Access Symposium serves as a platform to address the most pressing challenges in XR accessibility and to drive forward inclusive design practices.
