Washington, D.C. – To explore the challenges and opportunities of making XR technology inclusive and accessible for all, the XR Association is hosting a panel discussion at the Augmented World Expo (AWE) in Santa Clara, CA, on Friday, June 2, 2023. The panel “Innovation for all: Ensuring XR Technology is Inclusive and Accessible” will examine the advances and use cases where XR has enabled and served communities and provide a glimpse into the future of accessibility.
The panel will bring together experts from various fields who deeply understand the challenges and opportunities of building accessible XR experiences. They will share their insights and best practices on how to create inclusive and accessible XR experiences, along with the benefits that arise from doing so. Panelists include Jazmine Cano (Owlchemy Labs), Yao Ding (Meta), Dylan Fox (XR Access), Athena Demos (Big Rock Creative) and will be moderated by Stephanie Montgomery (XRA).
