XRA LEADS PANEL AT ANNUAL STATE OF THE NET CONFERENCE

Monday, February 28th, 2022 – XRA’s Joan O’Hara led a panel at the Internet Education Foundation’s Annual State of the Net Conference focused on “The 21st Century Digital Economy and the American Workforce: Immersive Technologies, Opportunities and Policy Challenges.”  The panel, moderated by Gopal Ratnam, Senior Staff Reporter from CQ Roll Call, featured Kristina Francis, JFF Labs Executive Director at Jobs for the Future and Arturo Gonzalez, Director and Global Head of Policy Advocacy & Research at Meta Platforms. Panelists discussed their vision for the digital economy of the 21st century; the implications of the next major computing platform and the ways in it will impact industry and the workforce; and the challenges of ubiquitous XR adoption and use.
