Oberon Technologies, Friends with Holograms introduced their XR-based training to top federal and state IT attendees

Monday, May 2nd — The XR Association hosted (XRA) member companies Oberon Technologies and Friends with Holograms at the Government Information Technology Executive Council (GITEC) Emerging Technology Conference supported by ATARC and held in Annapolis, Maryland. The GITEC conference attracts top federal and state IT leaders to explore new and evolving technologies that are driving innovation in the public sector. XRA and ATARC partnered to provide conference attendees with the opportunity to experience and explore XR.

Representatives from Oberon Technologies led conference attendees through VR-based training experiences focused on safely working within hazardous and dangerous environments, industrial machinery and equipment, PPE protocols, and more to demonstrate the effectiveness of immersive technology or training efficiency.
