XRA'S CEO TO MODERATE WORKFORCE PANEL AT AWE 2024
Long Beach, CA – On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 12:35 PM PST, XRA’s CEO, Elizabeth Hyman, will moderate a panel discussion at the Augmented World Exposition 2024 in Long Beach, CA. The panel discussion titled, “Industrial Metaverse: Building the Factories and Workforce of the Future,” will explore the burgeoning industrial metaverse and how immersive technology is helping to train, upskill, and prolong the careers of manufacturing employees.
Hyman will be joined by Todd Boppell, COO of the National Association of Manufacturers, Gaurav Sharma, General Manager of Interactive Learning at Transfr Inc., and Dan O’Brien, Global Head of Enterprise at HTC Vive. The panelists will also explore real-world use cases and how AR and VR are used to increase manufacturing efficiency and solve complex problems with limited disruption to production. Additionally, Hyman will unpack the findings from XRA’s survey of manufacturers, which will be released in June.
