XRA’S SVP OF RESEARCH & BEST PRACTICES TO PARTICIPATE IN M-ENABLING CONFERENCE PANEL ON ACCESSIBLE XR

Alexandria, VA – The XR Association (XRA) is pleased to announce that Stephanie Montgomery, XRA’s Senior VP of Research & Best Practices, will join a distinguished panel at the 2025 M-Enabling Conference on Tuesday, October 7, from 1:30–2:20 p.m. in Washington, D.C.

Hosted by XR Access co-founder Larry Goldberg, the panel, “Accessible and Assistive XR Applications,” will convene leaders in the XR accessibility space, including Dylan Fox, Director of Operations at XR Access.

This session will explore the transformative potential of immersive technologies in improving accessibility for people with disabilities. Panelists will spotlight current innovations, from navigation aids tailored for visual impairments to adaptive interfaces supporting mobility and immersive environments that enhance cognitive support.

They will also discuss inclusive design methodologies, user-centered development, and how assistive XR services can empower users to engage more independently. Additionally, attendees can anticipate insights into practical applications and future trends across domains such as education, healthcare, workplace inclusion, and beyond.
