Washington, D.C. – The XR Association (XRA) is proud to announce the conclusion of its Charting the Future of Immersive Technology webinar series, a groundbreaking initiative exploring the most pressing topics shaping the future of immersive technologies. Over the course of five webinars, experts from across the industry explored critical themes impacting the XR industry.
The Charting the Future of Immersive Technology webinar series was inspired by XRA’s foundational white paper, Charting the Future of Immersive Technology: Transforming Work, Education, Health, and Entertainment, which outlined key themes shaping the future of the XR industry. These webinars brought to life the critical insights from the white paper, diving deeper into its core focus areas: interoperability, privacy, DEIA, youth safety, and norms in immersive spaces. By translating the paper’s vision into dynamic discussions, the series fostered a collaborative exploration of how these themes influence the development and adoption of immersive technologies.
