On Tuesday, September 20th, NYT Best-Selling Author Shawn DuBravac presented insights on “Building the Metaverse for Businesses” on a webinar hosted by the XR Association. DuBravac shared the opportunities, challenges, and views of immersive technology for learning and development that he learned from leaders in finance, retail, manufacturing, and more. He also provided his insights on past innovations and how they can apply to the use of XR to support human resources and employee development functions. Dubravac noted that XRA’s upcoming Limitless Future Conference on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Atlanta, GA provides opportunities for HR and learning and development professionals to experience XR technology themselves.
