XR for All supports the development of a diverse and equitable workforce for the immersive technology industry while promoting the next generation of employment opportunities within the industry through broad-based research and impactful partnerships. A central focus of XR for All’s work includes engaging diverse communities around the benefits of virtual, augmented, and mixed realities as well as career opportunities within the industry. Through these efforts, XR for All serves as the authority on XR as the messenger, the leader, and the key convener.
Donations to the XR For All Foundation help expand access to immersive technologies in underserved communities, support education and workforce development, and advance responsible XR innovation. Contributions are welcome in the form of financial donations or in-kind gifts, including VR headsets, AR Glasses, and other immersive devices.

To identify industry trends, potential challenges, and current industry messaging focusing on diversity and inclusion efforts, the XR for All is spearheading intensive research on the XR industry. As part of these efforts, XR for All is conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) with key XRA members and stakeholders and online focus groups with target audiences which results will create pressure-tested messaging that will be the bedrock of all future XR for All activity.
